Progress, Baby!

I know I said no updates til after the weekend, but here’s a picture of my boy after he just pushed himself up into a side sit. It’s the first time he’s accomplished this feat all on his own. It’s not actually the best position for him, but I’m sure he’ll be getting better and better at this all the time. Woohoo! He looks a little like a drunken crazy in these pictures, but I think he was a little confused once he got himself like that.

And, just for funsies, here’s a picture of him riding on his turtle. He looks like such a big boy these days!

  8. Awesome, Charlie! I remember when Faith started doing that, let's see, she was about 2 or a little over. We were sooo excited! And she did get better w/ it over time! I know alot of people may not understand this but I love the look on the faces of children w/ special needs, especially w/ cp. They have this innocent surprised look! I love when Faith has that look on her face!

  9. Great job, Charlie! Next Charlie needs to make a step by step "How To" video. I'm sure Nate would be much more inclined to try the side sit with a little peer pressure.

  10. That last picture of him on the turtle really does make him look so old. My gosh time flies.
